Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn. I offer a calm, supportive and collaborative space to help you make sense of your experiences and create meaningful change.
Hi, I’m Andrew, a psychotherapist working with adults in South West London. I support people facing anxiety, relationship difficulties (with partners, family, friends or at work), stress / burnout, low mood and depression. My approach is integrative, which means I draw on different therapeutic perspectives depending on each person’s needs.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years working in corporate and not‑for‑profit HR. This background gave me a deep understanding of the pressures of working life and how sustained stress can leave you feeling anxious, depleted, or emotionally distant from yourself and others.
I offer a space that contrasts with these environments, one that is non-judgmental and not focused on outcomes or productivity. A place where you don’t have to have it all figured out, you can simply be.
