Starting therapy can feel like a big step. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn. I offer a calm, supportive and collaborative space to help you make sense of your experiences and create meaningful change.
Hi, I’m Andrew, a psychotherapist working with adults in South West London. I support people facing anxiety, relationship difficulties (with partners, family or friends), low mood and depression. Many of the people I work with are experiencing workplace stress, burnout, challenging work relationships, or the emotional toll of sustained pressure.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years working in corporate and not‑for‑profit HR. This gave me a deep understanding of the pressures of working life, and how sustained stress can leave you feeling anxious, depleted, or emotionally distant from yourself and others.
I offer a space that contrasts with these environments, one that is non-judgemental and not focused on performance. A place where you can pause and reflect, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and move towards meaningful change.
